Before you begin normal operation your spindle must run
freely for at least 4 hours. You must start at 250 RPM and
increase this amount every ½ hour.
Whenever increasing RPM by 250 you must also switch the
rotation of the spindle in opposite direction.
The temperature of the spindle must be monitored at all this
time.
On the first run the spindle may become very warm; it can not
exceed 150 C.
If the temperature exceeds a 150 C during the brake in time,
the machine must be stopped, the spindle cooled off completely
and then the whole procedure repeated from the beginning.
